Jr. Business Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

Responsibilities 

• Analyze customer business processes, write specifications, and suggest solutions.
• Implement the agreed solutions.
• Write test cases and check the development.
• Constantly communicate project and on-going tasks to customers.
• Organize and follow-up Odoo implementations.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and project management activities to ensure succesful delivery of Odoo implementations

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Equivalent.
• Fluent in Japanese (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)
• At least 1 year of professional experiences
• Between the age of 18-35.
• Have an excellent understanding of business processes.
• Great planning and communication skills.
• Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.

Nice To Have

• Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)
• Knowledge in Odoo is a plus
